If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges up to 30 days after your purchase; no refunds on sale items.
We recommend you return items using recorded delivery as refunds will not be actioned until returns are received, and items returned need to be unworn and in original packaging. Please contact us for the returns address. Postage costs to be covered by customer.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless faulty.
